There was a genuine interest in my business and understanding of my needs. That customer-first service did not end there. My response time and client pipeline management has improved significantly. Throughout the development process, Valerie communicated often to ensure I was on board with the development as the primary user of the system. My needs as a client were heard and applied to the development. Working with Forcoda, the communication was clear, the work product is quality, and the partnership was felt. Within just a few short months, the website had achieved its initial goals for Engine 2. Website traffic increased more than 35% within the first few months of the site launching, with newsletter opt-ins increasing an impressive 50% due to the combined marketing efforts from the client’s side as well as improved website functionality.

When we started this project, we had a basic idea for the design and content, but we didn’t have the bandwidth to coordinate the development. We are working with the agency to have a full-time developer on our team. Forcoda was able to handle the advertising, the interviewing, the hiring, and really making sure that whoever works on our application understands the whole stack. Forcoda was open and honest about expectations and how long it would take to get a developer fully up to speed making changes in the software.
