StratoBoard is a conversational AI analytics platform built for executives — the people whose decisions are most valuable but who are least likely to open a traditional BI tool. Forcoda partnered with StratoBoard to design and build the product, replacing the dashboards-built-for-analysts paradigm with a natural-language interface that delivers narrative answers, inline charts, and source citations on any device. The result is a high-fidelity, fully interactive product experience that walks visitors through every pillar — conversational data, self-building dashboards, cross-device widgets, plain-English alerts, and AI agents — without requiring signup or live data connections. StratoBoard is positioned for CEOs, CFOs, and COOs who need to compress the distance between seeing something and doing something about it.
StratoBoard came to Forcoda with a sharp diagnosis: C-level leaders don’t have a data problem — they have a data access problem. Existing BI tools were designed for analysts. Dashboards are built three clicks deep, in tools the CEO doesn’t open. By the time someone notices revenue dipped last Tuesday, it’s already next Tuesday. And mobile experiences — the place executives actually live — are an afterthought across the entire BI category.
Existing tools answered the question “how do I visualize this?” StratoBoard wanted to answer a more important one: “what should I do about it, right now?” The opportunity was to rebuild executive analytics around the way leaders actually work — conversational, mobile-first, agentic, and tuned for action rather than exploration. StratoBoard chose Forcoda for the depth of applied AI experience on the team and the discipline of designing AI products that hold up under executive use, where credibility is earned in the first five seconds.
Most natural-language-to-data products fail the executive test for the same reason: they treat language as a query interface, not as a decision interface. A CEO asking “why did revenue dip last Tuesday?” doesn’t want a chart. They want an answer, the chart, the contributing factors, and a recommendation about what to do next — in that order, in plain language, with the work shown.
Forcoda designed StratoBoard’s conversational layer around that hierarchy. Every query returns a structured response: a narrative answer first, the supporting visualization inline, a breakdown of contributing factors, and citations back to the source data so the executive can trust what they’re reading. The same conversation can be pinned as a live widget, promoted into a shared dashboard, or handed off as a starting point for an AI agent to investigate further. The design intent was to collapse the loop between question and decision — not to expose another query surface.
This required deliberate AI architecture choices: structured output schemas tuned for executive readability, retrieval grounded in the underlying data model rather than free-form generation, and a citation layer that traces every claim back to its source so the platform earns trust on the first interaction rather than losing it on the third hallucination.
Conversational analytics is the entry point. The deeper bet is agentic: StratoBoard’s product vision puts AI agents at the center of how executives stay ahead of their business. Rather than asking the user to keep asking questions, the platform’s agents work continuously on their behalf — generating weekly executive summaries written for the reader’s specific role, drafting churn-risk outreach automatically, and investigating anomalies with a root cause already identified by the time the alert lands.
This shifts the value equation. Traditional BI tools are pull — the executive has to remember to look. Agentic AI is push — the platform surfaces what matters before the executive thinks to ask. Forcoda designed the agent gallery as a first-class product surface with run histories, sample outputs, and clear handoffs back into the conversational interface, so executives can audit what the agents are doing rather than treating them as black boxes.
Plain-English alerting completes the loop. Thresholds set in natural language become push notifications the moment something breaks, and every alert includes a one-tap handoff into the chat interface for immediate investigation.

Executives don’t make decisions at desks. They make them between meetings, in airports, at dinner, on the way to the gate. StratoBoard’s cross-device architecture was designed to meet that reality — the same KPI follows the user from desktop to tablet to phone home screen and lock screen, glanceable and always-fresh, tappable to drill in.
This is harder than it sounds. Most BI tools treat mobile as a stripped-down version of desktop — a smaller chart in a smaller window. StratoBoard inverts that: the widget is the primary interface, the conversation is the primary input, and the desktop view is one device among several rather than the canonical experience. The product roadmap extends this pattern with native iOS and Android applications, home-screen and lock-screen widgets, and an Apple Watch complication for the executive’s single most-watched metric.
To demonstrate this end-to-end before native apps shipped, Forcoda built the live product experience at stratoboard.com/app as a fully interactive walkthrough — every pillar of the product working, populated with realistic synthetic data, navigable across simulated devices. Visitors can experience the conversational assistant, the dashboard library, the alerts feed, the agent gallery, and the cross-device widget preview without signing up or connecting a single data source.

StratoBoard is positioned to collapse the distance between insight and action for the executive audience that legacy BI tools have systematically failed:
The roadmap continues this trajectory: native data connectors for Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics with one-click setup; a semantic layer and metric governance so a metric defined once is trusted everywhere; native iOS and Android apps with widget and Apple Watch support; Slack and Microsoft Teams co-pilot integration so executives can ask StratoBoard questions inside the channel where the decision is being made; collaborative agents that can be assigned a goal — “reduce churn in the SMB segment 10% this quarter” — and propose, run, and report back on experiments; forecasting and scenario planning with drag-to-explore inputs; and granular permissions and audit log for regulated industries.
The engagement demonstrates Forcoda’s discipline around shipping production-grade conversational and agentic AI: structured output schemas that earn executive trust, grounded retrieval over the customer’s own data, agent surfaces designed for auditability rather than mystery, and cross-device experiences built for how leaders actually work. It’s the same engineering posture Forcoda brings to every client AI engagement — building products that hold up under the scrutiny of the people whose time is most valuable.
